User can add a regular cotton pad in the plastic bag (e.g. makeup remover)

Missing fluent in vial. What to do?

Explain user to send the vial anyway.  The user can send the kit to the lab and should we not be able to process the sample, we will send an automatic replacement.
 

Eating and drinking before the test. What to do?

Best is to wait 1 hour, but test should work even after drinking or eating shorter than this, but cheeks

Blood is an excellent carrier of DNA, so it should not negatively affect a sample.

User swabbed other parts in the mouth, not cheeks. What to do?

The lab is equipped to extract cells specifically from the inside of one's cheek. Need to be replaced.
