Add videos to your articles to provide customers with visual tutorials alongside helpful directions.
You can add a video to an article in two ways:
You can add a video to an article in two ways:
- Using the video URL
- Using the embed code/source code
To add a video URL:
- Click the Add a block icon
. - Click the Video icon
. - Paste the video URL.
- Click Get Video.
Note:
Currently, it is only possible to add URLs for videos uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo.
To embed a video with an embed code or source code:
- Click the Add a block icon.
- Click MORE.
- Click HTML.
- Double-click the HTML block and remove the existing code.
- For a source code: Paste the following code and replace YOUR_SOURCE_HERE with your video's source:
- Click Save.
